And later on, a fine Paella!

After the race, we some of the Club Triatlón Águilas members and our guests: Catriona Morrison, Gavin Noble and David Mcnamee, relatives and Mabel's friends went together to celebrate the beginning of the season, having a huge paella in San Juan de los Terreros!

It was great fun, and Catriona's first paella! Sure she will love to have more! We spent a lovely time talking about triathlon, but not only that! So we hope we can make it again!

Keep flying with badminton!

These are some of the people at the UMU Badminton Club. I just can train Fridays with them, but we have a great time there every week.

Squash rally

This is Rafa and me yesterday. I finished my 45' run training, and when I was prepared for the rest of the afternoon, Rafa went upstairs for a squash. I didn't have to think about it! Just got out of the shower, but we went for a game.

One hour of fine rallies like these.

Later on, María, Rafa´s wife and Rafa -their boy- came to see us and took these pics!
